Red Rocks Golf Club

Bass Coast Backyards began Stage 1 of the landscape construction at Red Rocks Golf Club, Phillip Island, in 2023. Guided by the design of Realm Studios. We’ve recently transitioned into the maintenance phase—helping shape and refine the garden as it matures.

The native plant selection and natural stone toppings were chosen to reflect the surrounding coastal bushland and sandy soils, creating a relaxed, dune-style garden. Informal gravel paths meander through the space, while large 100L Banksia integrifolia were planted throughout to mirror the existing canopy and enhance the sense of continuity across the site.

A custom hardwood feature fence by Wattle & Wire weaves through raised rockwork areas, adding texture and a crafted focal point that blends seamlessly with the naturalistic design.
